We Are Hiring: Commercial Flooring Estimator (Multifamily / New Construction)

Location: Mooresville, NC (On-site / Lake Norman Area)

Compensation: $52,000+ (wages compensated immediatley with experience and demonstrated output)

What You’ll Do

You will own the complete estimating lifecycle—from the moment an ITB hits your inbox to assisting with the final submittal:

• Review architectural plans, finish schedules, addenda, and scopes of work for multifamily new construction projects.
• Build precise, comprehensive quantity takeoffs, seam layouts, and material allocations using RFMS Measure .
• Leverage established industry relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and distributors to negotiate competitive material pricing.
• Assemble complete bid packages, factoring in adhesives, transitions, moisture mitigation, freight, and labor staging.
• Coordinate handoffs with project management to ensure seamless field execution upon contract award.

What We’re Looking For

• Software Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience using RFMS Measure on commercial or multi-unit scopes.
• Multifamily Expertise: Deep understanding of Division 09 finishes (LVT/LVP, broadloom, carpet tile, and ceramic/porcelain tile) for high-density residential builds.
• End-to-End Ownership: Solid familiarity with the entire bidding workflow: accepting the bid, organizing Shared plans, clarifying RFIs, pricing labor/materials, and delivering an airtight final proposal.
• Vendor & Industry Connections: Established vendor relationships that give your numbers a competitive edge.
